EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Angelique is the Managing Partner of BDO Corporate Advisory Rwanda. Angelique has over 30 years of professional experience. She is a recognized leader in the Banking and Financial Services Industry as well as a leading Corporate Financier and Transaction Advisor. Angelique has established and managed investment funds, worked at senior position in commercial banks such as Citibank. She was a Senior Director in the Rwanda Central Bank and headed the Rwanda Social Security Board, before joining BDO.
Angelique has been closing several transactions and managing successful debt and equity raises across sectors in private and public markets. She works with Banks, DFIs, HNWIs, Strategic Partners and funds that are relevant to the Great Lakes markets she operates in. She also helps greenfield project set-ups ensuring collaboration across public, private, and civil society sectors in Rwanda, Burundi and Congo Kinshasa.
Angelique is an alumnus of Universite de Namur-Belgium and Harvard University – USA and is perfectly bilingual in English and French.
