POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior Management Consultant at BDO, you will work with clients to solve complex business problems and help drive growth and performance. You will work on a variety of projects across industries and functions and have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career working amongst a team of highly talented, competent and experienced professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Delivering high-quality solutions to clients which may include strategy development, process improvement, organizational design and technology implementation.
  • Leading project teams to deliver high-quality, impactful work for clients.
  • Working with clients to understand their business problems and develop and implement tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
  •  Helping clients to develop and implement effective strategies that will enable them to achieve their goals, such as growth, profitability, and competitiveness.
  • Assisting clients in improving their operational performance by identifying and implementing cost savings, process improvements, and other efficiency gains.
  • Working with clients to design and implement organizational changes that align with their business strategy and enable them to achieve their goals.
  • Conducting research, data analysis, and modelling to support recommendations to clients.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and BDO colleagues
  • Contributing to the development of the firm's expertise in specific industries or functional areas.
  • Coaching team members, recognizing their strengths and encouraging them to take ownership of their personal development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree (MBA or PhD preferred) from a recognized institution.
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage project teams.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client projects and assignments.
